摘要
目的:探讨桡动脉应用于老年冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)中围术期护理的重要性。方法:对2000年1月至2009年6月322例65岁以上老年人应用桡动脉行CABG的患者进行积极的护理,分析围手术期末梢循环、术后并发症及死亡率。结果:322例患者中住院期间死亡7例,占全组病例的2.17%1,例死于恶性心律失常,2例死于术后急性肾功能不全,1例死于肺部严重感染导致的呼吸衰竭,2例死于脑血管意外,1例死于术后低心排综合征。13例桡动脉取材处出现一过性感觉异常,围术期无心肌梗死发生。结论:围术期积极有效的护理可预防应用桡动脉行冠状动脉旁路移植术后并发症的发生。
Objective：To investigate the significence of nurse on perioperation of coronary artery bypass graft（CABG） in radial artery.Methods：322 patients of older than 65 years old underwent CABG in radial artery from January of 2000 to June of 2009 were investigated.Peripheral circulation and mortality were analysed.Results：7 patients died in hospital,account for 2.17% in all patients.1 patient died of malignant arrhythmia.2 patients were died of renal failure.1 patient deid of respiratory failure because of pulmonary infection.2 patients died of cerebrovoscular accident.1 patient died of low cardic output syndrome.13 patients felt paresthesia in radial artery harvesting department,There was no mayocardial infarction look place in perioperation.Conclusion：The active and effective nurse can prevent complications in perioperation of CABG in radial artery.
