摘要
目前新型农民培养政策可以归纳为:与提高农民素质有关的法律法规类、规划纲要类和培训工程类三种类型。从供给的数量、质量、结构和环境看还不能满足新型农民培养对公共政策的现实需求,应尽快制订新型农民培养的法律法规,构建新型农民培养的支持保障体系,创新新型农民培养的运行机制,优化新型农民培养的公共政策环境。
The new farmer education policies may be divided into legal regulations,planning program,and special engineering.However,they fail to satisfy the demand for the public policies of the new farmers.It is necessary,therefore,to make new regulations and operative mechanism,and optimize the public policy environments.
