摘要
要提高高职学生的就业力,就必须了解市场对高职学生就业力的需求。通过对用人单位及可就业岗位的调研,总结出市场对高职学生就业力最需要的方面以及高职学生最欠缺的就业力。在此基础上,提出培养高职生就业力的举措:加强学生敬业精神特别是责任心的培养,加强学生实践能力的培养,加强学生吃苦耐劳与抗挫能力的培养,注重学生综合能力与素质的培养。
It is necessary to understand market needs for employment for vocational college graduates.The investigation done over the employers may help with the understanding of the market demands for employment.Hence,career awareness,diligence,professionalism and persistence all need strengthening.
