摘要
目的为防范医院药房差错提供参考。方法对引起药房差错的常见原因进行分析。结果导致药房差错的原因很多,且多是人为造成可以避免的。结论医院药房应结合实际,找出本院药房差错的常见原因,提出防范对策,避免药房差错的发生。
Objective To provide reference for all levels of hospital pharmacies to avoid mistakes.Methods To analyze common reasons of mistakes made by hospital pharmacies.Results There were many reasons on mistakes of hospital pharmacies,but there can be avoided.Conclusion According to the reality of each situation,all levels of hospital phamacies should find themselves common mistakes and take measures to avoid the mistakes happening in hospital pharmacies.
