摘要
研究了磷和水热处理联合改性对HZSM-5分子筛的物化性能、表面酸性以及催化环己烯水合制备环己醇性能的影响。结果表明,磷改性联合水热处理改变了催化剂的表面酸强度,减少了酸中心数,加入适量磷,有利于提高催化环已烯水合制备环己醇的反应活性。催化剂改性的最佳条件:磷负载质量分数0.8%,水热处理温度570℃,水热处理时间2 h。最佳条件下,环己烯转化率和环己醇选择性分别为8.31%和97.73%。
The influence on physicochemical properties, surface acidity and catalytic activity of HZSM-5 zeolite modified by phosphorus and hydrothermal treatment for hydration of cyclohexene to cyclohexanol were investigated. The results showed that the acidity and the number of acid sites of HZSM-5 zeolites modified by phosphorus arid hydrothennal treatment were reduced. The catalytic activity of HZSM-5 zeolites for hydration of cyclohexene was enhanced by adding proper amount of phosphorus. The optimal modification condition for HZSM-5 zeolites was as follows:phosphorus loading 0.8% (mass fraction), hydrother- real treatment temperature 570℃, hydrothermal treatment time 2 h. Cyclohexene conversion of 8.31% and selectivity to cyclohexanol of 97.73% were obtained under the optimal modification condition.
