添加炭黑对催化裂化渣油中间相沥青炭微球制备的影响 被引量:16

摘要 以流化催化裂化石油渣油为原料研究了炭黑添加量、热缩聚工艺条件等对中间相微球形成及转化的影响, 发现无论炭黑添加与否, 随着热处理时间的延长, 中间相沥青的收率降低, 中间相沥青炭微球的收率(吡啶不溶组分)增加; 在同一热处理条件(420℃,4h)下, 炭黑添加量的提高(从0.5% 增至3% )有使中间相微球直径减小(主导球径从50 降至5μm )、数目增多、分布均匀的趋势。添加炭黑促进了中间相微球的形成, 阻止了微球间的融并。通过控制炭黑的添加量, 并辅以热处理条件的优化, 可以控制中间相微球的形态和数量,得到所需的中间相炭微球。 The preparation of meso carbon microbeads (MCMB) was studied by heat treating a Chinese FCC residual oil at 420℃ for 2~7 h in the presence of carbon black.It was found that,with the extension of heat treatment time,the yield of mesophase pitch decreases and the number and the size (from 50 to 5μm) of MCMB (in terms of pyridine insoluble fractions) tend to increase.The addition of carbon black from 0 5% to 3% at the same heat treatment conditions (such as 420℃,4h) makes the mesophase smaller spheres and MCMB with larger number and even size distributions.The carbon black appears to enhance the nucleation and to inhibit the growth and coalescence of the mesophase microbeads.By controlling the amount of carbon black addition and optimizing the heat treatment conditions,we can control the morphology,number and size distribution of MCMB.
