摘要
为解决濮城油田“三低井”的采油问题,应用负压采油工艺原理与相应的井下封隔器现场组成不同的负压工艺管柱。其技术改进主要包括研制新型洗井阀、改进尾管结构、使用双级封隔器、改进封隔器坐封效果等四方面。通过42井次应用,结果表明改进后的负压采油工艺具有施工简便、增油效果明显等特点。
To solve the problems of oil production in 'three-low' (low fluid level, low productivity and low water cut) oil wells in Pucheng oil field, combining the underbalance oil production principle with corresponding field experiences of using downhole packer, a series of new technologies are developed, including new washing valves, modification of liner structure, using double stage packer and improvement of packer setting Through the application in 42 oil wells, the results shows these technologies can impove the oil production efficiently, which have convenint construction and obvious effects in improving oil production.
