摘要
目的:探讨下泪小管断裂显微吻合术的疗效。方法:在显微镜下寻找断裂的下泪小管鼻侧断端,以硅胶管作为支撑吻合泪小管断端。结果:共82例(82眼)在显微镜下全部吻合,63例成功,19例好转。结论:该手术操作简单,成功率高,临床效果好,值得广泛推广。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the lacrimal canalicular anastomosis under microscope.Methods： The medial broken ends of the disrupted canaliculi of 82 cases（82eyes）were searched under the microscope,and silicon catheters were used as supports for anastomosis.Results：The anastomosis operation was successful in cases（82 eyes）,and the injury was improved in 19cases（19 eyes）.Conclusion：The lacrimal canalicular anastomosis is safe and efective,and the clinical effect of the operation is good and worthy of being spread.
