摘要
创新能力是衡量一个国家或地区文化产业发展水平的重要参考指标,版权保护是文化产业创新能力的基础制度和重要保障。以1999～2008年的中国数据为样本,采用灰色关联法对版权保护与文化产业创新能力之间的关联度进行的定量分析表明,版权保护对创新投入能力、创新产出能力和创新管理能力的影响都比较显著。基于此,可以针对性地完善版权立法体系和优化版权执法保护环境。
Innovation capacity is an important reference index to measure development level of cuhural industry in a country or region, and copyright protection is the basis system and important guarantee to innovation capability of cultural industry. This paper uses the grey relevance method to analyze the correlation between copyright protection and innovation capability of cultural industry, taking the relative data between 1999 and 2008 as samples. It finds that copyright protection have significant effect on capability of innovation investment, capability of innovation output and capability of innovation management. Based on these conclusions, some policy suggestions are put forward.
