摘要
水泥环柱作为油气井套管的护套和包被,对防止套管腐蚀,封隔油、气、水,延长油气井寿命有至关重要的作用。水泥环柱的腐蚀、腐蚀机理及抗腐蚀固井材料的研究至关重要。本文全面地综述俄罗斯( 包括前苏联)、美国、中国(特别是中油气集团公司工程技术研究院) 在这一领域的长期、系统的研究成果,应用非金属腐蚀及耐腐蚀理论系统地探讨水泥环柱腐蚀动力学及减少水泥环柱腐蚀的研究结果。
The researches on corrosion of cement sheath of well casings, of corrosion mechanisms and of anticorrosive cementing materials are very important for preventing casings from corrosion, isolating oil, gas and water from each other and prolonging working life of wells. This monographic paper reviews comprehensively the results of long term and systematic research works performed in Russia(and previous Soviet Union), USA and China(in Construction and Eng Res Inst of CNPC, particularly). The main topics of this paper are as follows:(1)the relationships between cement corrosion and hydrated phases and porous structure;(2)classification, mechanisms and anticorrosive compositions and materials:①erosional corrosion(in which Ca(OH) 2 is extracted out);② magnesium corrosion;③sulfate corrosion;④H 2CO 3/CO 2 corrosion;⑤H 2S corrosion;⑥thermal corrosion;(3)laboratory results;(4)field experimental results.
