摘要
目的:探求治疗黄褐斑内服方剂性味归经的配伍特点,以期为黄褐斑的治疗与研究提供思路。方法:通过查阅相关文献及书籍所搜集到的374个治疗黄褐斑的中药内服方剂,按证候的不同分为肝肾阴虚、肝郁气滞血瘀、气血亏虚血瘀、脾虚湿盛以及其他等五种类型,对其所用药物药对的性味归经进行数据统计分析。结果:治疗黄褐斑内服方剂以肝郁气滞血瘀型、肝肾亏虚型处方为主,配伍药物主入肝经,兼入肾、脾、心经;性多温、平;味多辛、甘。结论:可根据上述统计结果对黄褐斑进行辨证施治。
Objective to search on the character of pair-herb compatibility by flavor and meridian tropism in compound prescriptions,and provide the instruction for the clinical and research.Methods Classified according to the 5 signs in the 374 orally taken decoctions collected,the nature,flavor and channel entry of pair-herbs were analyzed by data.Results Binding depression of liver Qi and blood stasis,and liver-kidney depletion were the main signs.Most pair-herbs enter liver channel,with warm,or balanced in nature and acrid,sweet in flavor.
