微波照射对腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后伤口愈合的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨微波照射对腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后伤口愈合的影响,以及微波治疗在腋臭术后运用的前景。方法:将20例门诊行腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭手术患者随机分成2组,实验组术后微波照射术区,对照组术后常规换药护理,观察腋部皮瓣血运及术口愈合情况,对各组伤口I期愈合率进行比较。结果:实验组愈合时间平均7.3天I,期愈合率95.0%。对照组愈合时间平均10.4天I,期愈合率75.0%。实验组术后伤口愈合时间和I期愈合率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后3天开始行创面微波照射,可促进腋部皮瓣局部血液循环和皮瓣成活,减少并发症,利于切口愈合。 Objective To explore the effects of microwave herapy to the osmidrosis operation with the flap and the incision along central crease of axillary.Methods 20 cases of outpatient service with the flap and the incision along central crease of axillary were divided into two groups at random: in experimental group ten postoperative patients were irradiated by microwave,the other ten patients were treated by general method after operation.observed the axillary flaps and incisions healing,and compared the rate of healing time.Results In experimental group,20 wounds healed in 7.3 days and the rate of good healing is 95.0%.in the other group,20 wounds healed in 10.4 days and the rate of good healing is 75.0%,showing with the significant statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Microwave herapy to the osmidrosis operation with the flap and the incision along central crease of axillary is a good method,it has the advantage of increasing opration efficiency and reducing the postoperative complications.
