摘要
目的研究早产因素对脑瘫儿童乳牙釉质发育缺陷的影响。方法选择135名脑瘫患儿,与62名正常儿童对比,进行乳牙釉质发育缺陷状况的统计调查。同时比较脑瘫儿童中早产与乳牙釉质发育缺陷发生的关系。结果脑瘫儿童组中早产儿童乳牙釉质发育缺陷的患病率明显高于足月组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论早产的脑瘫儿童更容易发生乳牙釉质发育缺陷。
Objective To investigate the developmental enamel defects in the primary dentition of cerebral palsied children with premature birth.Methods One hundred and thirty-five children with cerebral palsy were examined for the clinical manifestation of the developmental enamel defects in the primary dentition.The relationship between the defects and cerebral palsied children＇s birth conditions were assessed.Results The prevalence of enamel defects in cerebral palsied children born prematurely was significantly higher than that in those with full term birth.Conclusion Enamel defects in the primary dentition are more likely to happen in cerebral palsied children with premature birth than those with full term birth.
