油气输送管失效事故的调查与分析 被引量:31

摘要 在对国内外文献进行分析和现场调查的基础上,综述了油气输送管失效的主要原因。油气输送管线失效事故多为灾难性事故。国外油气输送管失效原因以外力损伤和腐蚀为主,与管线建造年代久、运行时间长有关;国内输送管失效原因以外部腐蚀和内部H_(2)S应力腐蚀为主,与输送管材料设计不尽合理、制造质量和施工质量不良,以及输送介质中腐蚀介质含量超标等因素有关。指出新建管线应加强输送管的材料设计、制造工艺选择、制造质量和施工质量控制。 On the basis of literature analysis and field survey, the main failure causes of oil/gas pipelines have been reviewed which shows that most of the pipeline accidents are catastrophic. The main failure causes in foreign countries are by mechanical damage and corrosion which are related to early construction and long term operation. The main failures in China are external surface corrosion and internal surface H2S stress corrosion which are related to material design, fabrication and construction quality and the transmitting medium in the pipe. It is pointed out that improving the material design, the selection of manufacture process, the control of fabrication and construction quality, the control of transmitting medium composition, and the standardization for new pipelines need to be improved.
