摘要
传统的语言质量指标只能反映网络误码方面的情况,难以反映终端用户对网络的真实感受,而平均意见值(MOS,Mean Opinion Score)恰是从终端方面对语音质量的一个较为真实的反映。重点分析了影响路测MOS值的各种因素以及手机的三个工作状态,利用DADL/B和伞状切换功能以及半速率占比等参数的控制,有效提升了DCS1800网络占用比例,改善了语音编码方案、C/I等,从而使得MOS值获得较大的提升。
The conventional speech-quality could only reflect the aspects of network error,but hardly reflect the end-user's true experience for the network,while MOS is widely accepted as a fairly reflection of the speech quality.Through study on the factors of DT MOS and the 3 operational phases of the MS,we adopt DADL / B,Umbrella handover and the half-rate parameters are employed,thus effectively inmproving the occupancy of DCS1800 network,including the voice coding scheme,C / I,etc.,and thus raising the MOS rating.
