摘要
目的：探讨可溶性细胞间粘附分子（ｓＩＣＡＭ－１）和转化生长因子－β１（ＴＧＦ－β１ ）在多发性硬化（ＭＳ）发生、发展中的作用。方法：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法，测定了３０ 例ＭＳ患者血清中ｓＩＣＡＭ－１ 和ＴＧＦ－β１ 的水平。结果：与对照组和ＮＩＮＤ组相比，ＭＳ患者血清ＴＧＦ－β１ 水平明显下降（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），而ｓＩＣＡＭ－１ 水平则明显升高（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。动态观察显示，随着病情的好转，ＴＧＦ－β１ 水平逐渐升高，而ｓＩＣＡＭ－１ 水平则逐渐下降。ＭＳ患者头ＭＲＩ上病灶越大，ｓＩＣＡＭ－１ 水平升高也越明显。结论：血清ＴＧＦ－β１
Objective: We were to explore the effects of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) and transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1) on the development of multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods: Levels of sICAM 1 and TGF β 1 in serum were measured in 30 patients with MS by ELISA method. Results: The level of TGF β 1 decreased, and the level of sICAM 1 increased significantly in the serum of MS, as compared with those in normal and non inflammatory neurologic disease (NIND) groups (P<0.01). The level of sICAM 1 decreased, and the TGF β 1 levels increased after treatment of MS. The larger the sizes of foci in MRI were, the more obviously, the level of sICAM 1 increased. Conclusion: Measuring serum sICAM 1 and TGF β 1 might be important parameters for clinical evaluation in patients with MS.
