摘要
目的优选金荞麦抗癌有效成分最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验,考察了溶剂种类、溶液pH值、提取温度、提取时间对金荞麦中抗癌成分提取量的影响。采用紫外分光光度法测定提取物中总原花青素含量,HPLC法测定提取物中原花青素B2的含量。结果对总原花青素及原花青素B2提取溶剂种类、溶液pH值、提取温度是主要影响因素,均具有统计学意义。结论确定金荞麦抗癌成分提取最佳工艺为:溶剂为50%乙醇,pH为7(原溶液pH值),温度65℃,提取3次,每次1 h。
Objective To study the optimum extraction technology of anti-cancer ingredients of Fagopyri Dibotoryis Rhizoma.Methods The concentrations of anti-cancer ingredients of Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotoryis were used as estimated indexes.Solvent type and pH,extraction temperature,time were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The total procyanidins was analysised by UV.Procyanidin dimer B2 was analysised by HPLC.Results Solvent type and pH,extraction temperature are the leading influencing factors,as there are remarkable difference between each level.Conclusion The best extraction technology is as follows:50% alcohol,pH=7(the original solution pH),at 65℃,extracting for 3 times,1 h each time.
