老年人上消化道出血99例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨老年人上消化道出血的临床特点。方法对99例老年上消化道出血患者的病因、合并症、并发症、再出血率、病死率等方面进行回顾性分析,于同期住院的218例中青年上消化道出血进行比对。结果老年人上消化道出血病因依次为消化性溃疡、胃癌、急性胃黏膜病变、食管静脉曲张破裂出血;老年人消化性溃疡中以胃溃疡为主,与中青年以十二指肠球溃疡为主有显著差异;胃癌出血发生率高于中青年人;老年人合并病、并发症、再出血率和病死率显著高于中青年组。结论老年人上消化道出血仍以消化性溃疡多见,胃溃疡、胃癌发生率增加,并发症多,再出血率和病死率高。
