摘要
目的通过对我院临床案例的分析,获得近年别嘌醇不良反应发生及治疗的总体趋势、特点及相关因素,为临床安全合理用药提供依据。方法根据我院临床110例案例,总结归纳别嘌醇引起的不良反应。结果临床案例共110例,其中死亡4例(3.64%)。最常见的不良反应均为皮肤-黏膜反应,占100%,其主要表现为药疹。其次是发热,血液系统损害、肝、肾功能损害等不良反应。结论临床上使用该药时应加强药品不良反应监测。
Objective Through the analysis of clinical cases in our hospital to obtain in recent years,adverse effects of Allopurinol and treatment of the general trend,characteristics and related factors provide the basis for rational use of clinical safety.Methods According to our hospital 110 cases of cases,summarized allopurinol adverse reactions.Results A total of 110 cases of clinical cases,including 4 died（3.64%）.The most common adverse reactions were skin-mucous membrane reaction（100%）,and its mainly for drug eruption.Followed by fever,blood system damage,liver and kidney damage and other adverse reactions.Conclusion It is important to enhance ADR monitoring in their clinical use.
