骨骼和骨骼肌的内分泌功能参与代谢综合征发病 被引量:6

摘要 既往认为骨骼和骨骼肌作为支持机体基本结构和参与运动的主要器官,接受神经和体液的调节。近年越来越多的研究证据表明骨骼和骨骼肌具有强大的分泌活性物质的功能,除能以旁/自分泌方式作用于自身外,尚能通过血液循环以远距分泌的方式调节机体能量代谢、炎症反应、内分泌稳态等。更有意义的是骨骼和骨骼肌所分泌的活性物质参与中心性肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂紊乱、高血压和微白蛋白尿的发病,提示骨骼和骨骼肌的内分泌功能在代谢综合征发病中具有重要意义。
