摘要
高职会计教学必须紧跟时代的步伐,积极借鉴先进的国际教学经验进行改革。通过对加拿大道格拉斯学院会计专业的课程设置和以能力为本的教学理念的剖析,在如何培养符合社会需要的会计人才方面提出一些建设性的意见。
Higher vocational accounting education must keep pace with the times and carry out teaching reforms actively by drawing on the advanced experience from other countries.The paper analyzes the accounting curriculum and competency-based teaching philosophy in Douglas College.Some constructive advises on how to training professional accountants are proposed.
