摘要
从基于校企合作"订单"培养模式的高职课程改革基本特征分析入手,提出应处理好高职课程改革中"四方面"的关系及"订单"培养的基本运作程序。我院高职学生的培养实践证明,"订单"模式培养是提高高职院校人才培养质量及学生就业率的有效途径。
Starting from essential features of higher vocational course reform based on order training mode of cooperation between school and enterprises,this paper brings that ＂four＂ relations in the reform of higher vocational course and basic operation procedures of ＂order＂ training need to be well managed.The cultivating practice in our institute shows that the ＂order＂ training mode is one of effective channels for improving quality of higher vocational education and employment rate of students.
