摘要
山西省作为全国重要的能源基地,发展高新技术产业有利于转变经济增长方式,促进产业结构优化升级,实现山西经济的可持续发展,对于山西省建设国家新型能源和工业基地有极大的促进作用。本文基于对山西省高新技术开发区知识型员工工作绩效影响因素的调查,结合山西实际,提出了创新高新技术企业知识型员工管理的策略和建议。
As Shanxi is the most important energy base in China,developing Hi-tech industries is helpful for economy growing manner change,promotes industrial restructuring and upgrading and realizes the sustainable development of Shanxi.It can help Shan Xi to build new energy and industrial base.Based on the survey of the influencing factors of knowledge workers performance in Shan Xi high and new technology industrial development zone,the article gives strategies and suggestion of innovation management of knowledge workers in high and new technology enterprises.
