摘要
目的:观察牵引结合中药外敷治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折的有效性。方法:将197例老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为对照组观察组,对照组94例采用仰卧硬板床、牵引、骨折部位垫厚枕、口服补钙剂;观察组103例在对照组基础上结合中药外敷。结果:观察组在缓解局部疼痛、促进活动恢复及缩短平均住院天数等方面都显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牵引结合中药外敷是治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折的有效方法。
Objective：To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of external Chinese herb and traction for senile lumbar vertebral compression fracture.Methods：197 aged patients with lumbar vertebral fracture were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（treated with traction combination of external Chinese herb and take calcium tablet） 103 cases included and control group（treated with traction and take calcium tablet）94 cases included.Results：Release lumbago,promote movement function resume,reduce time in hospital of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of combination of external Chinese herb and traction for senile lumbar vertebral compression fracture is a kind of effective method.
