细胞内信号传递与血管平滑肌细胞的增殖 被引量:1

摘要 细胞增殖是细胞增殖信号作用于细胞膜或胞浆受体并经细胞内信号传递进而影响细胞周期的结果 ;与细胞增殖有关的细胞内信号传递系统包括 G蛋白、蛋白激酶 A和 C以及酪氨酸蛋白激酶系统等 ;细胞内信号在基因水平上的传递是细胞内信号传递系统的延续 ;细胞周期时相的改变是推动细胞增殖的重要原因。血管平滑肌细胞 ( VSMC)的增殖也不例外 ,但是致 VSMC增殖的细胞内信号传递过程的细节还不十分清楚 ,探讨
