摘要
本文对近 10年收治 77例急性中毒的患儿进行了回顾性分析。观察到 :年幼小儿、农村小儿发病率较高 ,因误服药物、鼠药的食物致急性中毒的患儿较多 ,死亡病例均因就诊太晚。提示 :对急性中毒必须早诊断、早治疗。
This paper analyzed acute poisoning of 77 Cases about the children under 14 years old. It Showed that the illness attack rate on the top of preschool child and the child from the rural area. There were many of acute poisoning that the erroneous taken in the wrong mouth medicine and the medicines of mice. It was diagnosed later period case of death. Suggestive of, it must be diagnosed and active treatment early. Propose, the key point to reduce the children′s unexpected poisoning must be prevented early.
