The Design for A Freewheeling Protection System of Storage Battery

摘要 设计了一种蓄电池续流保护系统。系统通过实时监测每块蓄电池的电压和内阻,当监测到某块电池内阻过高时,通过执行部件将坏的蓄电池短接,使蓄电池组仍能够供电;同时,通过声光报警单元,将故障信息报告运行人员,以便及时对故障进行处理。通过使用蓄电池续流保护系统,当电池组中有一只或多只单体蓄电电池发生故障时,该蓄电池组仍能供电,真正达到不间断供电的目的,同时还能发出告警,通知相关人员及时处理。 This paper design a freewheeling protection system of storage battery. Through real-time monitoring the voltage and internal resistance of each block battery,as the battery internal resistance was too high,this system can give the power supply to the storage battery group by short-circuiting the bad storage battery with executive parts. Meanwhile, operating personnel can get the fault information through sound and light alarm unit, so that they can handle the fault at the first time. Through used the freewheeling protection system of storage battery group,the battery group can get the uninterruptable power supply when one or more block battery was fault. It can realise the uninterruptable power supply,give the alarm to the operating personnel to deal the faults.
