摘要
目的:报告4例垂体脓肿的MRI表现、临床表现。方法:对4例经手术病理证实的垂体脓肿的临床表现、内分泌检查、MRI表现,将MRI表现与手术病理对照分析。结果:4例病变均呈长T1及明显长T2异常信号,3例增强扫描者边缘呈线状或环状增强,4例垂体脓肿均有病变向鞍上蔓延、垂体柄均匀性增粗的表现,1例合并脑膜炎,2例合并海绵窦炎,1例合并蝶窦炎。结论:掌握垂体脓肿的MRI特征和临床表现,可提高垂体脓肿的术前诊断准确率。
Objective：To report the MRI findings and the clinical manifestations of the pituitary abscess in 4 cases.Methods：The clinical features,endocrine examination,and MRI findings of pituitary abscess were described and analyzed in 4 cases with a review of literature,and the MR findings were correlated with the pathology.Results：Low signal intensity on T1WI and marked high signal intensity on T2WI were demonstrated in all 4 cases.Ring like enhancement was detected in 3 cases after the contrast media was administrated,indicating the fluid or necrotic central component.In one of 4 cases,meningeal enhancement was obvious,suggesting the meningitis.Cavernous sinusitis was revealed in 2 cases.Conclusion：The understanding of the MR features and clinical manifestations of the pituitary abscess may improve the preoperative diagnostic accuracy.
