摘要
具有创新思想和创新精神是创新型人才的基本内涵。应在课程教学和考核中穿插团队协作精神,以利于人才创新素质的提高。构建培养创新型人才的教学模式应包括理论依据、教学目标、师生角色、操作策略、评价等几方面的系统要素;同时从设计课程开始,精心设计每门课程的教学内容和具体的教学方法。
Innovative ideas and innovative spirit are the basic connotation of creative talent.Teaching and assessment should be interspersed with the spirit of teamwork.Construction of teaching model of cultivating creative talent should include some system elements,such as the theoretical basis,teaching objectives,the role of teachers and students,operation strategy,evaluation and so on.Each course should be carefully designed on teaching content and specific teaching methods.
