摘要
河南省3 次参加 WHO 结菌药敏实验室间质控考核,考核内容为测试结核菌INH、RFP、SM 和EMB 的敏感性。结果表明,总正确率为89 % ,与东南亚7 个参评实验室的总正确率(89 % ) 相同, 单项结果统计表明,INH 的正确率为最高(98 % ) ,EMB(86 % ) 次之,RFP、SM 各有一次超限,超限原因有方法误差和试剂误差。通过总体和个体实验室结果的预期值分析可知,敏感的预期值高于耐药( P< 0-01) ,说明整体耐药检出率与实际情况相比有偏高现象。
Henan province joined WHO external quality control of tuberculosis drug susceptibility test for three times.Its content was to examine the susceptibiligy of tuberculosis ot INH,RFP,SM and EMB.The results indicated that the reght accurate rate of our lab was 89%.The same as the total right rate(89%) of the five compared labs of South East Asia.The individual statistics for the four drags tested of our lab showed that INH was conformed best(98%),EMB well(86%).RFP and SM were both overrun one time.Which is caused by method error dand reagent error.From the analysis of the anticipate value for the total resistance rate tested is higher than that of the fact.It should be valued.
