摘要
大学生宿舍文化是一种学生共创和共享的群体文化,同时也是高校德育工作的重要载体。良好的宿舍文化可以提高高校德育工作的实效,并以潜移默化的方式对大学生的思想品德结构产生深远的影响。高校重视宿舍文化在德育工作中所能产生的影响,采取得力措施加强宿舍文化建设,从而营造高雅、良好的宿舍文化氛围,对促进大学生的健康全面发展,推动高校德育工作有着非常重要的意义。
Undergraduates＇ dormitory culture is a group cuhure created and shared by students, and a vital tool for college moral education. Favorable dormitory culture is conductive to college moral education and exerts imperceptible and profound influences on undergraduates＇ moral structure. Therefore, colleges should attach great importance to the part dormitory culture plays in moral education and adopt effective measures to strengthen dormitory culture construction. Favorable and elegant dormitory atmosphere built by these efforts contributes greatly to undergraduates＇ overall and healthy development and college moral education alike.
