摘要
目的 观察氯沙坦对老年高血压患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法４０ 例老年高血压患者口服氯沙坦５０ ｍｇ 或与双氢克尿塞２５ ｍｇ 联合应用，疗程为６ 周。结果 降压总有效率为８２ ．５ ％ ，服药６ 周后，平均收缩压（ＳＢＰ） 及舒张压（ＤＢＰ） 分别下降１ ９ ．１ ｍ ｍ Ｈｇ 及１１ ．３ ｍ ｍ Ｈｇ 。２４ ｈ 动态血压监测显示氯沙坦能有效降低２４ ｈ 血压及昼、夜血压均值，白昼与夜间降压幅度大致相等且不影响血压昼夜节律。治疗前后的２４ ｈ 心率也无显著变化。未观察到其明显的副作用。结论 氯沙坦对老年高血压患者是一种有效。
ObjectiveThe anti hypertensive efficacy and safety of losartan were investigated in elderly hypertensive patients.MethodsLosartan 50 mg alone or in combination with hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg were taken by 40 elderly patients with hypertension for 6 weeks. ResultsThe total effective rate was 82.5 %. After 6 weeks of treatment, mean systolic blood pressure (BP) and diastolic BP were reduced by 19.1 and 11.3 mmHg respectively in the patients. 22 cases were performed of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). ABPM showed 24 h mean BP, daytime and nocturnal mean BP were lowered significantly and decrease range in daytime and nocturnal BP was similar, but 24 h heart rate was not changed after treatment. Besides, the circadian of BP was not affected by losartan. Less side effect was observed in the trial. ConclusionAnti hypertensive drug losartan is effective and safe in elderly patients with hypertension.
