摘要
本文以典型上送双侧下回洁净室为研究对象，建立相应数学模型，利用计算机进行模拟分析，总结出不同面积送风口布置方式对洁净室流场及浓度场的影响，并通过实验对比，验证数值计算方法及结论的可靠性。
This article takes the typical cleanroom with ceiling air supply and two side-wall air return as the research object. A relative mathematical model is founded and a simulation analysis made by computers. It is concluded that supply air inlets with different areas will affect the fluid field and the concentration field in cleanroom. Compared with the experiment, the reliability of numerical calclulation method and its conclusion is testified.
