间歇期偏头痛患者的脑干功能评估 被引量:1

ASSESSMENT OF THE MIGRAINEURS' BRAINSTEM FUNCTION IN PAIN-FREE INTERVAL

摘要 目的:评估偏头痛患者间歇期的脑干功能状态。方法:对55名间歇期偏头痛患者和42名健康对照者进行高刺激率脑干听觉诱发电位检查。分别比较高低刺激频率下两组各波潜伏期、波间期及高低刺激频率下Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期差值(σIPLⅠ-Ⅴ)。结果:低刺激率时,偏头痛患者各波潜伏期、波间期与健康人比较无显著差异;高刺激频率时,偏头痛患者的左侧Ⅰ-Ⅲ间期较健康人显著延长,而各波潜伏期、波间期与健康人无显著差异。偏头痛患者左侧δIPLⅠ-Ⅴ较健康人显著延长。结论:间歇期偏头痛患者脑干功能存在异常和不对称性。 Objective: To assess the function of migraineurs' brainstem in pain-free interval.Method: 55 migraineurs in pain-free interval and 42 age-matched healthy controls were examined with investigation of brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) with increasing stimulus rate.Comparing the two groups' peak latencies,inter peak latencies and theⅠ-Ⅴ inter peak latencies difference between high and low click rates(δIPLⅠ-Ⅴ).Results: There was no significant difference in peak latencies and inter peak latencies between migraineurs and healthy controls at low click rate.Migraineurs' leftⅠ-Ⅲ inter peak latencies were longer than healthy controls' at high click rate.Migraineurs' δIPLⅠ-Ⅴwas larger than that of healthy controls.Conclusion: During pain-free interval,the function of migraineurs' brainstem were abnormal and asymmetry.
