摘要
通过简述浙江桐庐江南新区“滨江带”的规划 ,从功能定位、以人为本、合理开发利用资源及规划决策优化与开发控制等几个方面 ,阐述了在规划设计中所遵循的原则和思想方法。
This paper briefly describes the planning of waterfront for the new area in Tonglu. From the aspects of functional location, humanism, reasonable resource usage, optimization of decision making in planning and development, the principles and ideas followed in the planning and design are analysed.
