摘要 目前大多数电力公司推行的分时电价制度,其高峰时段与办公楼和大型商场空调冷负荷的高峰时段相互错位,如果按当前流行的方法选配制冷机组与蓄冷装置的容量和台数,将导致高峰用电时段的空调冷负荷转移系数极低,业主不能从分时电价政策中获取最大的利益。 Considers that the cooling load transfer ratio is made very low when the peak period set in the time division rate system overlaps too less with that of office buildings and large stores in cooling demand and the refrigeration and thermal storage capacity are decided following the current procedure. This must lead the insufficient benefits of the building owner from the incentive price policy. Proposes to lift the subsidy percentage and an option to make more rational division of benefits between power supply companies and the owner.
