摘要
目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者营养支持治疗对患者营养状态及肺功能、免疫功能的影响。方法选70例COPD患者随机分为营养治疗组和对照组,分别测定两组治疗前后理想体重、肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂中部直径、上臂中部肌肉直径及淋巴细胞数目。结果营养治疗组治疗后较对照组营养状态及肺功能有明显好转(P<0.05)。结论对于COPD患者,除常规治疗外,给予相应的营养支持治疗,可以明显改善患者病情。
【Objective】To observe the effect of nutritional support therapy on nutritional status,lung function and immune function in patients with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.【Methods】70 cases of COPD were randomly divided into nutritional treatment group and control group,both groups were measured for ideal body weight,triceps skin-fold thickness of TSF,mid-upper arm circumference,arm muscle circumference and lymphocytes before and after treatment.【Results】The nutrition therapy group after treatment compared with the control group with regards to nutritional status and lung function improved significantly（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】For patients with COPD,in addition to conventional treatment,nutritional support given to the appropriate treatment can significantly improve the patient＇s condition.
