摘要 轴流定桨式水轮机具有过流量大、效率高、空化性能好等优点,且机组加工生产费用低,安装、运行及维护方便,但也存在着高效运行区窄和适用范围小等局限性.定桨式和转桨式水轮机在设计参数选择及设计方法方面具有一定的区别.将新开发的轴流定桨式转轮与型谱推荐转轮进行了比较分析,认为其各方面性能均优于后者,是中小型电站改造的理想选择.新开发的几个转轮在牛迹潭、东风、鹰嘴石、江口等电站改造中得到实际应用. In this paper, the advantages of fixed blade propeller turbine in the rate of flow, efficiency andcavitation performance are introduced briefly. The distinguish in the selection of the design parameter and thedesign method between Propeller and Kaplan turbines is discussed. Our research and work in this field are in-troduced in greater detail. Through the analysis and comparision between our new developed runners and theold runners, the former is more excellent than the latter in the performance and is an ideal selection for the ren-ovation of small and medium hydropower stations. The application of the new developed propeller runners inthe renovation of some old stations is also introduced.
