三峡模型水轮机转轮的流态观测及过流通道内水压脉动试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对三峡机组运行水头变幅大、机组偏离最优工况运行时间长等特点,在开发的三峡模型水轮机组上进行了流态观测与水压脉动试验.本次试验选取了三峡电站运行范围内不同水头、不同负荷下的55个工况,对该选定工进行了如下工,即利用光导内窥镜和闪光测频仅对模型转轮叶片进出口流态进行了不同空化系数下的观测及描绘;对过流通道上布置的8个水压脉动测点,进行了电站装置空化系数下的水压脉动试验;以及在同一工况的不同空化系数下,不同测压点的水压脉动试验;并将电站装置空化系数下转轮叶片进口正背面空化临界线、转轮内叶道涡临界线、转轮出口无涡区临界线绘于模型综合特性曲线上,这在国内尚属首次. The work condition of the hydro-turbine of the Three Gorges is characterzed by large variationin water head and long period operation in points deviated from the optimum zone. This paper introduces theexperiment of flow pattern observation and water pressure fluctuation performed on a model turbine for ThreeGorges Power Station. In the experiment, we have chosen 55 points for varied heads and loads with respect tothe Three Gorges turbine. For these points, following items were performed; observation and description ofthe flow pattern of the inlet and outlet edge of the model runner with fiber endoscope and stroboscope under dif-ferent cavitation sigma; water pressure fluctuation test at 8 points arranged along the water passage under theplant sigma; water pressure fluctuation test at different points, for different cavitation sigma, under the samework condition. We also combine the efficiency hillchart with the cavitation critical curve of both pressure andsuction sides of blade inlet edge, critical curves of channel vortex and no-vortex zone. It is the first example inChina.
