基层医院卒中相关性肺炎临床特点及防治 被引量：3

摘要 目的 探讨基层医院神经内科卒中相关性肺炎（SPA）的发病率、发病时间及相关因素.方法 回顾性分析2009年1月～2010年1月收治的急性卒中患者,讨论SPA的危险因素、预后及防治方法.结果 该组急性脑卒中患者SPA的发病率为11.07%.年龄、吸烟、糖尿病或高血糖、肺部基础疾病、吞咽障碍、意以障碍、鼻饲管、质子泵抑制剂、H2受体拮抗剂等均为其危险囚素.结论 针对SPA的危险因素及早给予干预,能减少SPA的发病率.
