摘要
研究了ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)-Al_2O_3粉末制备过程中,煅烧温度对粉末物性和烧结性的影响,以及沉淀工艺过程对溶胶抽滤速度的影响。研究结果表明:1 100℃煅烧所得粉末当量粒径大小适中(为0.28μm),其生坯相对密度最高,达59%以上,在1 600℃烧结获得相对密度达97.5%的烧结体,线收缩率低至15%,便于控制试样尺寸精度。另外,分步沉淀工艺制取的溶胶中水的滤除速度快。
The dependence of ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)-Al_2O_3 powder characteristics and its sinterability on calcination temperatures was studied. The effect of technical routes on filtrating rate of obtained sol was also investigated. The results showed that the powder obtained by calcination at 1100℃ had good advantage, which had moderate equivalent diameter (~0.28μm) and brought about the maximum green density (over 59% theoretical density), thus, the sintered body (at 1600℃ for 4 h) with the relative density up to 97.5% was obtained and its linear shrinkage rate was only 15% at the same time. In this case, it was easy to control the size precision of samples. On the other hand, the water in the sol obtained by step-by-step precipitation process was filtrated faster than in that by coprecipitation process.
