摘要
NT1是基于知积库的关系数据库SQL标准一致性测试系统。它可以接受测试员任意定义的模式和相应表的实体,产生建立数据库的命令,随之产生一组用于测试的SQL询问,并且立即给出这些询问符合SQL标准要求的结果。这些被期待的结果可以用于与系统产生的建立数据库命令和询问,在被测试的SQL产品上运行的实际结果相比较,从而确认被测试SQL产品与标准的一致性。本文讨论NT1的工作原理和实现技术。
NT1 is a conformance test system based on the knowledge base for the relational database SQL language standard. It can accept arbitrary schema definition and table instances given by the tester and generate the commands to create the database (schema and values). Then, it generates SQL queries and gives expected result on the SQL standard for each query, which will be manually compared with actual output results that are obtained from the queries executed on the SQL product tested. In this paper, we discuss NT1's principles and implementation technique.
