摘要
阐明了利用激光干涉度量术测定眼底脉胳膜血流图的原理和数据判读方法,并且以实例说明脉胳膜血流图对于多发性大动脉炎的诊断价值和在预报缺血性脑血管病方面的潜在的重要意义。
So far it has been difficult to show up the state of blood flow in choroid due to its position underlying behind the retina anatomically. This paper presents the principle and the method of data analysis in the measurement of the choroidal blood flow-time curve by means of laser interferometry. Preliminary investigations show that this technique can be of significant value in the diagnosis of multiple arteritis and prediction of cerebral ischemic disturbances.
