摘要
地暖管地面以其价格低廉、高效节能、环保等优点得到广泛推广.由于设计和施工不当等方面原因,地暖管地面开裂成为地暖系统的常见质量问题,严重影响装修和后续使用.笔者通过调研实际工程,分析探讨地暖管地面裂缝的具体形态和界格缝设置不当、混凝土面层厚度不足等影响地面开裂的主要因素.并有针对性地从原材料选择、设计构造、施工工艺三方面提出裂缝控制措施以指导工程实践.
The cement floor with heating pipes has been widely popularized with its low cost, high energy conservation and environmental protection.Cracking on the cement floor with heating pipes is a common quality problem which seriously affects the decoration and post-function due to the improper design and construction.This paper analyses the fracture shape and main reasons of the cement floor with heating pipes through the investigation of actual projects and presents corresponding measures to control the crack and guide engineering practices.
