摘要
目的建立公共场所室内空气中甲醛检测过程的质量控制体系。方法控制样品采集、检测过程质量,测定乙酰丙酮分光光度法对空气中甲醛的采样效率、方法的检出限、精密度和准确度,参加能力验证盲样测试。结果该方法平均采样效率为97.4%,甲醛浓度(x)和吸光度(Y)的线性回归方程为Y=-2.411x10-3+0.03423x(r=0.9996),方法的检测限为0.031μg/ml,加标回收率为100.7%~102.0%,相对标准偏差(3组n=6)为0.59%~2.6%,能力验证结果满意。结论实验室质量控制体系的建立保证了乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定空气中甲醛结果的稳定可靠。
Objective To establish a quality control system of indoor formaldehyde measurement process at public place.Methods Through controlling sample collection and measurement process,formaldehyde sampling efficacy,detection rate and precision of acetylacetone spectrophotometric method was tested and compared in ability blind test.Results The average sampling efficiency was 97.4%. The liner regression equation for the concentration of formaldehyde (x) and absorbance (y) was Y=-2.411x10-3+0.03423x(r=0.9996.The limits of detection was 0.031μg/ml,the recovery of standard addition was 100.7%~102.0%,the relative standard deviation(3 groups n=6) was 0.59%-2.6% and ability validation results are satisfactory. Conclusion The establishment of lab quality control system guarantees the reliability and stability of indoor formaldehyde results by the method of acetylacetone.
