基于DSP的新型电子束焊机高压电源控制器设计

摘要 根据电子束焊机高压电源及其控制器的工作原理,结合电子束焊机高压电源控制器的特点与目前存在的缺点,提出一种基于DSP的数字化高压电源控制方案,并详细介绍了软硬件实现方法。实验表明,该控制器能精确地调节和稳定高压电源的输出电压,并具有可靠的过压、过流和高压放电保护设计,达到了性能指标。整个系统高效可靠,克服了传统的电子束焊机高压电源模拟控制器的诸多缺点,具有电路简单、控制灵活、方便升级等优点,为电子束焊机高压电源的数字化控制提供可参考依据。 The working principle of high voltage power supply and its controller for Electron Beam Welder(EBW) was introduced.Combined with the characteristics and the existing shortcomings of high voltage power controller for EBW,a new high voltage power controller for EBW was proposed based on digital signal processor(DSP),it also gave a detailed hardware and software realization were given.Tests show that the high voltage power supply controller based DSP can regulate and stabilize accurately output voltage of high voltage power supply,and has secure protection design for over-voltage,over-current and high voltage discharge,and achieved performance targets.Efficient and reliable system as a whole,has overcome many shortcomings of analog controller of traditional high voltage power supply for EBW.It has simple circuit,good stability,easy expansion,and good usability,and as the reference of digital control of high voltage power supply for EBW.
