摘要
针对地方高校大学生创新能力培养过程中存在的问题与困境,湖州师范学院系统总结了国内外创新教育理念,从学风、教风、校风的培育,师资提升,搭建创新教育平台,改变学业评价体系等为突破口,形成了积极有效的创新人才培养模式与育人理念,摸索出有效的创新人才培养路径,并取得了一定成果。
Based on problems that exist in the development of college students＇ creative abilities,Huzhou Teachers College has systematically summarized the creative educational theories at home and abroad from the aspects of learning style,teaching style,college style nurturing,teachers training,reestablishing educational platform and changing the achievement evaluation system,etc.,which,as a breakthrough,has formed an effective mode in developing college students＇ creative abilities and has achieved certain results.
