摘要
介绍了首都圈数字地震遥测台网初步设计中的主要技术思路和确定技术参数的基本设想。该台网在区域数字地震台网中首次全面采用卫星通信收集和广播数据， 首次在遥测台网中列入地震烈度速报。它将成为我国迄今为止最大、台站数最多。
The principal technical ideology for the primary design of the digital telemetry seismic network in Capital Zone was introduced and the elementary tentative plan for the validation of the parameters of the technical system was discussed.The planning seismic network will be the first one among the regional digital seismic networks in China with the comprehensive application of satellite communication technique to collect data from substations and to broadcast them to some sub centers in Capital Zone.It adhibits also for the first time the concept of the earthquake intensity alerting system into the regional seismic observation.After the implementation,it will become the largest regional telemetry seismic network in covered size and substation number,and the most advanced one with applications of a great variety of new techniques.
