2.2mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨2.2mm同轴微切口超声乳化手术人工晶体植入术安全性及术后视力、眼压、角膜散光变化。方法:选取我科2009年1-7月间所收治的老年性白内障患者52例,52眼,核Ⅱ~Ⅳ级。术前、术后1周、1月、3月测量视力、眼压、角膜散光度数。结果:52例白内障超声乳化手术中前房稳定,手术顺利,术后第二天角膜透明,切口自闭性好,无手术并发症发生;术后一月裸眼视力:≥0.5为39眼,占90.69%;矫正视力≥0.8为36眼,占83.72%;散光检测:术后角膜散光与术前相比差异无统计学意义。结论:2.2mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化手术无需改变现有的手术习惯。术后视力恢复好,切口自闭性好,未发现医源性散光的增加。
