摘要
介绍了硼化镧陶瓷材料的基本物理化学特性,分析了硼化镧陶瓷的阴极发射特性与材料纯度的关系。讨论了制备技术对硼化镧陶瓷粉末的结构和性能的影响,认为燃烧还原合成技术是制备高纯度微细硼化镧陶瓷粉末的优选技术,可以获得高纯度的硼化镧纳米粉末,研究了控制纳米结构的主要技术途径。
The physical and chemical properties of LaB6 ceramics are introduced,the influence of fabrication techniques on the microstructure and properties of LaB6 ceramics are discussed.The combustion systhesis processing was considered as the proper method for fabriaction of LaB6 ceramics powder with high purity.The results showed that the control additive have a great influence on the synthesis processing,the nano LaB6 ceramics powder with high purity can be made when the content of the control additive is 30%.
